The residential project Punt Sniep in Diemen is ready to welcome its new residents. The new neighbourhood designed by KCAP on a peninsula in Diemen, a city in the agglomeration of Amsterdam, comprises of 202 apartments, a marina, and commercial and gastronomy functions in three building ensembles. KCAP is responsible for the design through all scales: from urban plan and landscape design to the architecture of all buildings. The architectural concept reacts with variations in sizes, heights, and materials to the scale of the city of Diemen. The buildings, grouped around four public spaces in different characters and qualities of stay, make Punt Sniep become a place for an intimate housing atmosphere in cycling distance from Amsterdam.

KCAP tender win in cooperation with ABC Nova, commissioned by ABC Planontwikkeling + Nedreim. The project was carried out by Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling B.V. and is owned by investor Vesteda.
