Mixed-use eco-district

In the east of Toulouse, the emerging capital of the aircraft industry, an ambitious 400,000 m2 mixed program is being developed. In the 104 hectare area, abandoned by shrinking agriculture and chaotic suburban growth, KCAP has developed a sustainable plan for gradual densification, including offices, industrial facilities and housing. The urban strategy builds on the construction of the recently opened metro line and defines specific densities and programs.
