Stacked Office Connecting
Many new projects in Rotterdam’s Laurenskwartier and the Waterstad contribute to the revival of this once historic center of Rotterdam. A new layer of living and working spaces is added in the reconstruction to breathe new life into the area. Commissioned by PROVAST developers, KCAP designed a new office building at Blaak 31 for businesses including the law firm Loyens & Loeff.
