New neighbourhood for living and working along the water

Punt de Sniep is a peninsula on a prominent location in the centre of Diemen, a city in the agglomeration of Amsterdam. The area is situated along the route to Amsterdam and is surrounded by two canals to which all buildings have direct connections. The housing concept offers flexibly designed apartments for a broad target group of starters, empty nesters and elderly people. Parking is completely integrated and located beneath the inner courtyard.
