Recently, they highlighted the Watertoren on the GWL Terrein. As the first fully steel water tower in the Netherlands, it was designated a municipal monument in 2022. Part of a former water treatment on the GWL Terrein, the area transformed into a car-free neighbourhood in the nineties. KCAP was responsible for the urban plan, integration of historical buildings and elaboration of three buildings.
