The Grid is a building made of balconies, in the new residential neighbourhood ‘Aan het IJ’ in Amsterdam North. The project is part of the transformation of the former industrial site Overhoeks into a diverse district for living and working. The Grid is longlisted in de Architect NL ARC Awards architecture category, check our entry to learn more.

Droogbak is our transformation project of a 19th-century neo-Renaissance building in the very heart of Amsterdam. The spatial transformation by KCAP and ABT bv, combined with the harmonious interior design by Fokkema & Partners Architecten, has transformed Droogbak into a future-proof monument. Droogbak is longlisted for both the Detail and Interior ARC Awards, follow the links to learn more.

The winners will be announced in September.
