KCAP partner Irma van Oort was recently interviewed in Het Financieele Dagblad, about the rising need for quality outdoor space. Cities are densifying, resulting in more high-rise and in effect, an increasing amount of people are living in towers. Therefore, more attention is being paid to the outdoor space, 'partly because building regulations require it, but we certainly also see a trend,' explain Van Oort.
