Irma van Oort in Het Financieele Dagblad, about the rising need for quality outdoor space. Cities are densifying, resulting in more high-rise and in effect, an increasing amount of people are living in towers. Therefore, more attention is being paid to the outdoor space. "Partly because building regulations require it, but we certainly also see a trend."

Pictured are our projects Zuiderzicht (with evr-architecten) in Antwerp Nieuw Zuid and The Grid in Amsterdam, projects in which private outdoor space has played a crucial role in the design. Find more information about Zuiderzicht, a residential tower offering a wide variety of housing typologies and outdoor spaces and The Grid, a building made of balconies, down below in the "related news/projects" section.
