Living in a landscape of roofs and balconies

"Living in a landscape of roofs and balconies with plenty of outdoor space". This is how Irma van Oort describes KCAP's design for block A Overhoeks, Amsterdam in the first edition of IJ Magazine. "It is a rich living environment of stacked terraces that guarantees transparency, light and privacy for everyone."

KCAP’s housing block will be one of the first buildings realised within the third phase of the Overhoeks development which is situated on the north bank of the river IJ and enjoys a unique location in direct proximity of the A’dam tower, the distinct Eye building and close to the Central Station by ferry-service.
