Growing acceptance for urban planning and landscape design in Flanders

"The emphasis on private construction projects in Belgium has fragmented the country spatially and has led to an incoherent landscape. What is less known: The government works hard to find new ways for planning. Dutch offices deliver valuable contributions in that proces", is stated in an article in the Yearbook Landscape Architecture and Urban Design in the Netherlands 2015. One of the illustrated examples is KCAP's masterplan NEO Brussels.
