KCAP's Blaak 31 shortlisted for Rotterdam Architecture Award 2011

KCAP's project Blaak 31 is shortlisted for the Rotterdam Architectuurprijs 2011 (Rotterdam Architecture Award). This year's topic of the triannual award is 'utiliteitsbouw' (buildings for utility). It is an initiative of the Municipality of Rotterdam and aims to stimulate the building culture in the city.

The award is divided into two parts:
- the professional award, which is chosen by a professional jury
- the public award, which is chosen by the Rotterdam public.

The award ceremony will take place on 21 December in the City Hall of Rotterdam.
