During an online public presentation hosted by media platform Generation Zil, the masterplan was presented to the members of the Moscow architectural committee, receiving high praise.

Chief Architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov: “Moscow sees ZIL as a new city center. I was deeply impressed by this project. This is exactly the level of detail that we should discuss, consider and integrate into the other projects developed in the city. I hope we will make a big step forward with this project and this experience will be multiplied into future developments."

To enrich the fabric and position ZIL-South stronger in its context, KCAP proposes two interventions. First, a Central Park, connecting ZIL-North and the park along the railway with the Moskva river, featuring a new public space. Second, the incorporation of perpendicular Boulevard, an appealing pedestrian route with three plazas. These interventions are further developed into a spatial framework, within which KCAP proposes the development of four distinct neighbourhoods.

The project is a development of Etalon Group, one of the leading Russian developers. The project enters 3rd phase in January.
