KCAP commissioned for four buildings within masterplan Riverside Zuchwil

KCAP is commissioned for the planning and realisation of four architectural buildings within the masterplan Riverside Zuchwil. Riverside is the transformation of a 20 ha former industrial area into a mixed-use quarter for living and working close to Solothurn. 

KCAP’s masterplan,  in cooperation with Müller Illien Landscape Architects, IBV Hüsler Mobility and KEOTO Sustainability, has been approved in the spring of 2016. Now, architects for the first construction phase, which comprises of six buildings, have been selected. Out of a selection of eight participants, KCAP got the commission to build four residential buildings with different typologies and a total of 10.570 m2. Graf Stampfli Jenni is commissioned for the other two buildings.
