The Dutch Green Building Council has awarded KCAP’s project CAK office building 'De Monarch' with the BREEAM-NL sustainable new building (Nieuwbouw 2010 v2.0) certificate. The renovation project is one of six buildings being awarded during PROVADA, the Dutch real estate fair (June 7-9). The building received the ‘excellent’ qualification of the certificate.
